Hi! We're Tal and V, two Dykes Doing Stuff and community is what we're all about.

We know it's a shit show out there, and the best thing we can do to counter all of the hatred and uncertainty is to lean into our community. We've decided to help out folx who are in the LGBTQ+ community who might not have all the resources or knowledge/skills to do smaller projects around their homes, vehicles, yards, and anywhere they spend time.​​​​​​​​

Who we are
We are longtime friends (eg. Besties!) who like to do things together and create joy as much as possible!

I enjoy building/demolishing things and I spend my week working as the only transgender County Supervisor in the state of Iowa. Politics kind of suck right now, so I want to find other ways to help and create joy.

What we offer
We want to literally build community by helping folx who may not have the resources/skill/tools to fix or build smaller projects that could give them joy/relief. We want to share skills, meet new people/reconnect with friends, and have fun!
